Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

United States
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $7.95
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $18.95
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $75
International
- International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight.
- Delivery times vary by country (typically 10–21 business days).
- Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at luxyshield@gmail.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. LUXY Shield™ is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
