Returns & Refund Policy

At LUXY Shield™, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.

Return Window

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags and components intact.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, email us at luxyshield@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization.

Eligible Items

  • Unused LUXY Shield reformer covers in original condition
  • Unopened grip socks (hygiene policy — socks must be unopened)
  • Carry bags and accessories in original condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened grip socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage
  • Items returned without prior authorization
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or variation, subject to availability. Please email us to arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at luxyshield@gmail.com with photos. We will make it right — no questions asked.
