At LUXY Shield™, we stand behind every kit.
Returns
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible, items must be unwashed, unused, and in their original packaging.
To initiate a return, email alexinspirept@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. Return your original purchase and place a new order for the item you'd like.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, items that have been washed or used cannot be returned. Grip socks are final sale once opened.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
